Whoopi Goldberg is a renowned actress who rose to fame for her roles in several critically acclaimed films, such as “Sister Act” and “Ghost.” She is also a prominent face on television, having served as a co-host on the popular daytime talk show, “The View.”

The essential things in Whoopi Goldberg’s life are her roles as a mother, grandmother, and even great-grandmother. Her career in Hollywood has brought her a lot of success, but her family is her crowning achievement.

Goldberg is no stranger to criticism. At the beginning of her career, she faced some from people who judged her based on her appearance, particularly her hair.

Previous producers, she claimed, would pick at her hair and harshly inquire about what they could do with it. As a result of her irritation, she would snatch away one of their hands and demand to know why they kept playing with her hair.

Goldberg quickly realized that her actions had upset others, causing her unhappiness, even though she had only defended herself against being judged.

She was lucky to have someone to guide her through difficult times. She said she often admired and sought advice from the late actor Sidney Poitier, one of the few African Americans to succeed in Hollywood during the 1960s.

Committed to Family over Marriages
Goldberg is a devoted parent, grandmother, and great-grandmother, in addition to having an extensive and successful career in the entertainment industry spanning multiple decades.

She had been married three times. She first tied the knot with her first husband, Alvin Martin, in 1973 and welcomed a daughter with him. Despite lasting six years, this marriage was Goldberg’s longest.

After their separation, she married David Claessen in 1986. However, this marriage did not last long. She then married Lyle Trachtenberg from 1994 to 1995, a union that also ended quickly.

Goldberg admitted that, although she was married to multiple people, she never actually loved any of her husbands and only married them because she thought it would give her a “much normal” life.

Goldberg revealed that she is more committed to her family. She believes that being in love and having a solid commitment to your partner is crucial for a successful marriage, but she realized this too late with her past husbands.

But she has learned that a successful marriage requires a real commitment to one’s partner and a willingness to work through problems together. She added:

“There’s not a good reason to get married. You have to actually want a life with someone through ups and downs. And I — I just discovered that wasn’t for me.”

Although marriage may not have worked out for her, the influential actress remains a strong and independent woman who has made a significant impact on the world.

Finding Joy and Humor amid Criticisms
Goldberg stands firm in the face of negativity and celebrates the beauty of growing older. She wears her 67 years like a badge of honor, refusing to let online criticism bring her down.

Goldberg accepts the passing of time with grace, but she doesn’t hesitate to share her wit and wisdom about the joys and challenges of getting older. In a YouTube video, she poked fun at herself for being a “Lil’ old lady.”

As she admitted, one of the clear signs that she is growing older is that she had “swollen feet.” Despite her age, she manages to look after her dogs and cats at home and her great-grandchildren.

The seasoned actress also opened up about her graying hair on an episode of “The View.” She shared with her co-hosts that her hair isn’t just mainly black anymore but has a few strands of gray mixed in.

Instead of concealing the gray hairs, she embraces them and doesn’t mind letting them grow. Her graying hair seemed not to be visible because she often pushes her hair up, according to her.

Goldberg’s fashion style has improved over time, and it has helped her to age gracefully without being scrutinized by the public, something that many other actors in Hollywood do not have the luxury of experiencing. She admitted:

“I didn’t have the same problems a beautiful actress has. I don’t have to worry about it. My stuff’s going to sag and fall and I will be fine. My chest is gonna do what it does. I can age the way I age.”

Goldberg and her co-author M.E. Hecht released a self-help book, “Two Old Broads,” a humorous take on the experience of aging. The book encourages readers to embrace their age, be unapologetic, and stay confident about themselves.

According to Goldberg, the book also celebrates the idea that older individuals can and should have a fulfilling and active sex life, despite societal stigmas.

The book’s message, she added, is also for anyone tired of being told what they should be and encourages readers to have fun and embrace all aspects of life.

Goldberg is content with aging and pleased with where she is. However, not everyone shares her positive outlook, particularly social media users.

This was demonstrated by the comments made by other users on an Instagram video she posted in June 2022 about an event in New York called the Italy Run. A netizen pointed out how “old” she looked.

In the video, Goldberg wore a white button-down shirt while standing in front of a tree and holding her mobile phone. Unfortunately, more netizens made unpleasant remarks about the actress’s appearance.

One Instagram user sarcastically commented she should retire from her career. The remark was then echoed by another user who described Goldberg as a “dumb witch.”

Some users also criticized another one of Goldberg’s Instagram photos. In this one photo uploaded in December 2020, Goldberg was pictured showing off her white hair as she posed in a long dress.

She stood in front of the dried-up trees, holding a wooden staff in her right hand. Another disappointed user made an unfavorable remark.

Despite receiving negative comments, Goldberg appeared unbothered by them. While she has not responded to any naysayers, some fans have praised the Hollywood A-lister for just being herself.

She simply stated in the caption that the photo was taken for the television series, “The Stand,” in which she was a cast member. She praised the incredible hairstyle the crew had given her.

Despite her life and career challenges, Goldberg has remained a positive and influential force in the entertainment industry and beyond.

The acclaimed entertainer is a shining example of resilience, determination, and the power of finding joy and laughter in the face of adversity.

Parents faced their worst nightmare, with their beloved children gone from the earth forever — but what if something extraordinary was waiting around the corner?

A perfectly happy mom and dad, pastor Gentry Eddings with his wife Hadley Eddings, were living peaceful lives when tragedy struck. However, their faith kept them strong until two tiny miracles came along.

It was 2015 when two parents from North Carolina were in an accident along with their two children, who both passed away.

A CATASTROPHIC TURN OF EVENTS

Two-year-old Dobbs Eddings died in the crash. His brother, Reed Eddings, was delivered via cesarean section but passed away days later. The parents were devastated but remained strong. Gentry’s sister Amber Justice said:

“They are grieving, but grieving with hope – looking forward to the days when they will be reunited with their boys in heaven.”

One of the most significant steps they took towards healing was to follow their belief system. They lived out Matthew 18:21, 22 wherein the Bible it is claimed that Jesus said individuals should forgive others “seventy times seven,” times.

HEALING THROUGH GRACE

Embodying the scripture to which they dedicated their lives, Gentry and Hadley forgave the man who caused the accident — 28-year-old Matthew Deans.

This shocked the public, making headlines. Deans pleaded guilty and was charged with three years behind bars.

TRANSFORMING TRAGEDY

Beyond forgiveness, this duo did not let their babies die in vain. In 2020, they launched a campaign called #100fordobbsandreed. Taking to her Facebook, Hadley Eddings announced:

“This week marks five years since Dobbs and Reed went to heaven. We are honoring them this week with 100 acts of kindness.”

Using the hashtag #100fordobbsandreed, one individual Mandey Conger Collins said she purchased breakfast for a homeless man — one example of this initiative’s impact.

Of course, no matter what parents may do, their children will always remain in their hearts. Nonetheless, in 2017, two new babies filled up some more space in their souls. Justice spoke again:

“Our hearts are bursting with joy for my brother and sister-in-law. These twins are truly little miracle angels from God.”

The twin boys’ middle names were given to them in honor of their older brothers: Isaiah Dobbs and Amos Reed Eddings.

BEYOND GRATEFUL

Taking to Instagram, the pastor shared an adorable photo of the newborns side by side as he held one of the babes tiny hands. The father wrote in the now-deleted post’s description:

“My cup overflows. We praise Jesus for our third and fourth miracles…Two healthy and beautiful boys.”

The post became quite popular, gaining 582 likes, with many in the comment section joining Gentry by turning towards their religion and thanking God.

NOT ALL IS LIGHT

Although eternally grateful for their tiny duo, these parents are still human, sometimes finding it difficult to face life. In a Facebook post from 2018, Hadley wrote:

“Lately, for some reason, I’ve been dreaming about death a lot. About my family’s circumstances, about what could happen in the future, about my kids and even my dog.”

However, the mother said her trust in God and appreciating what is good in life helps her get through these moments.

A MUSICAL PRAYER

The family clearly embodies these values, with many authentic posts on their online platforms exuding joy. One was a now-deleted picture of Amos and his dad playing guitar together. The post reads:

“Me and my youngest buddy Amos Reed.”

From the traumatic event years ago to the beautiful existence they have created since then, this couple’s life has transformed. As their family friend uttered“God is creating beauty from ashes.”

As implied by this companion, Gentry and Hadley almost experienced a type of rebirth when their twins were born.

One grieving mother also went through a similar experience, but, in her case, the mom’s son was reborn through the sound of a heartbeat.

Heather Clark decided to allow her son’s organs to be donated after he died. This granted a little girl, 16-month-old Jordan, a chance at life via a heart transplant.

A few years later, Clark met up with Jordan’s mom and put her ear to the girl’s chest, bursting into tears as she heard the beat of her sons’ heart.

There are many ways to effectively grief the death of someone. This healing can occur through forgiveness, using their memory for the greater good, or keeping something that reminds you of them alive.

Ben Affleck is Jennifer Lopez’s “Achilles heel.”

That’s why her former publicist, Rob Shuter, believes the singer’s first album in 10 years is a flop — “This Is Me…Now” debuted at a paltry No. 38 when it was released in February, before it quickly dropped off the Billboard 200 and sank without a ripple.

“Jennifer’s always been a marketing and PR genius but her biggest miscalculation here is that she thinks the world is still interested in Ben and Jennifer’s love story,” Shuter told The Post. “But no one cares about Bennifer anymore. The world has moved on.”

Despite adding three additional concerts in Miami, Toronto and New York in February, a number of dates on Lopez’s forthcoming tour were recently cut.MEGA

Not only has the album been a failure so far, but she’s had to cancel concerts.

A number of dates — including in Nashville, New Orleans and Houston — on Lopez’s tour, her first tour in five years, were cut this month with no explanation after Lopez previously announced three additional shows in Miami, Toronto and New York in February.

A source told The Post that the tour had added those dates due to popular demand.

Bruce Springsteen returns to stage looking unrecognizable — and a little bit like Tilda Swinton

A veteran music industry insider, who has worked with some of the biggest stars in music, told The Post: “If they’re canceling tour dates with someone at her level, it’s bad, very bad.”

“There are only a few people who can still draw the crowds after decades, like Springsteen or Madonna,” the music industry insider said.

And in what must be a painful blow, residents of The Bronx — where Lopez, 54, proudly grew up, as chronicled in her 2002 hit song “Jenny From the Block” — are viciously mocking a clip of her from the “The Is Me Now: A Love Story” companion movie, in which she lets down her hair and the gym and says the look reminds her of being “16 in The Bronx [and] running up and down the block.”

“Real Bronxite here, straight from South Bronx,” one user claimed in a TiTok video. “JLO, we did not run up and down the block looking like that. Even as a kid.”

“Jennifer hasn’t had a big hit since 2007’s ‘On the Floor.’ The younger generation isn’t really checking for her. Other than her diehard fans, no one was looking for a new J. Lo album, which she says herself in the documentary,” the source who knows Lopez’s family said. “The project was a complete misfire.”

Lopez has said she put $20 million of her own money into the star-studded Amazon Prime musical “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.” Amazon paid to buy the film, and the accompanying documentary, “The Greatest Love Story Never Told” — all unpacking her rollercoaster search for love, and rekindled romance with Affleck, who she finally wed in 2021, 18 years after their first engagement was called off.

“The mindset was, ‘Let’s create a Jennifer Lopez ecosystem that can push out into all the different worlds that she has traversed,” her manager/business partner Benny Medina told Billboard.

A source said that “Jennifer loves music and has created a beautifully written and produced album. There are some who only know her for her incredible work and career as an actor with her recent successes such as ‘The Mother,’ ‘Shotgun Wedding,’ ‘Hustlers’ and more. So coming back into a full album, is very exciting for her.”

The movie “This Is Me … Now: A Love Story” has received some positive reviews, including from The Post’s Johnny Oleksinski, who gave it three stars.

“Everybody thought I was crazy,” Lopez, 54, told Variety, admitting that she used her own money to fund the ambitious production after a partner pulled out because they didn’t understand her vision.

The singer’s long-time producing partner, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, initially urged against it, telling Lopez: “Why are you sharing your story? It’s too personal. Stop it,” she told Variety.

“What we’re seeing is Jennifer not learning a lesson from the past,” said Shuter, who was Lopez’s publicist when she and Affleck were engaged during the early aughts.

“I wrote the breakup announcement with J. Lo on the phone,” he recalled. “She was devastated. One reason they both gave for the breakup was that Ben didn’t like all the media scrutiny. The fact that she’s gone back to the very behavior that was an issue for them in the past —  this big project with the album and the documentary all about their love — is strange.”

Bennifer 1.0 was a juggernaut. The two met on the set of the film “Gigli” in 2002, while she was still married to her second husband, dancer Cris Judd. After filming wrapped, Affleck took out a half-page advertisement in The Hollywood Reporter effusing what a great co-star she was: ”I only wish I were lucky enough to be in all your movies.”

Soon, Judd was out of the picture and Affleck and Lopez were a couple — and the biggest Hollywood story around, at a time when tabloid magazines like Star and Us Weekly ruled the newsstands.

Just three months into the relationship, J. Lo said yes to Affleck’s marriage proposal and a 6.1-carat pink diamond ring reportedly valued at $1.2 million.

Paparazzi hounded the couple, who played it up. Lopez included a song called “Dear Ben” on her 2002 album “This Is Me … Then.” He starred in the video for her “Jenny From the Block,” which featured the two cavorting on a yacht (his hand firmly, famously, grasping her bikini-clad buttocks) and dodging snap-happy photographers.

Then “Gigli” bombed. The next month, they postponed — then canceled — their September 2003 wedding, blaming “excessive media attention.”

Lopez admits in the “The Greatest Love Story Never Told” documentary: “We just crumbled under the pressure.”

Yet there is also a scene in the doc in which Affleck looks startled to learn that Lopez has shared his very private love letters and poems with her co-songwriters for inspiration.

It was Affleck “who made me believe in myself. Maybe I’m setting myself up to be f–king criticized again I don’t know,” she says of their rekindled romance. “But this is what my heart’s telling me to do.”

It was also, apparently, telling her to share the story with the world.

“When people are up that high, like Jennifer, and they take this kind of risk with their own money and it flops, it’s crushing on so many levels,” the music industry insider said.

Cyndi Lynott, SVP marketing at BMG, Lopez’s music distributor, said in a statement that the album was “the first step of an immediate strategy with a long-term goal as the incredible content to support the album continues to roll out” — mentioning the Amazon Original film, the documentary and the summer tour kicking off in Orlando on June 26.

“Jennifer knows she’s just at the beginning of this journey to share her music and project sharing it with her fans and beyond,” a source told The Post.

And those close to Lopez believe she won’t crumble under pressure this time.

“She’s probably disappointed, but focusing on rehearsing for the tour and has started production on [music film adaptation] ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman.’ She has several film projects in the works. She’ll focus on moving forward,” the source who has known J. Lo’s family told The Post.

“Clearly she has a big ego. And I’m sure it’s bruised. But I don’t think she’s the type to be devastated over it,” the source said. “In her mind, we’re the problem, not her.”

Bullock and Reeves, both 57, first met while filming 1994’s Speed. The two became close friends on set, and one day, while talking about Champagne and truffles, Bullock mentioned that she hadn’t tried them, the actress recalled to Esquire. When Reeves asked, “Really?,” Bullock replied, “Nope, never had ’em,” and the two moved on to another topic — or so Bullock thought. She told the magazine that just a few days later, she was at home painting her nails with her roommate when Reeves pulled up outside on his motorcycle.

When he rang the doorbell, Bullock opened the door only to find a sweet surprise. Reeves had shown up with flowers, Champagne and truffles, she told Esquire. He told her, “I just thought you might want to try Champagne and truffles, to see what it’s like,” and came inside, where he sat on Bullock’s couch while she poured Champagne and cracked open the truffles.Bullock even painted Reeves’ nails, she said, when the actor put his hands out and she gave his nails a coat of black, the same color she had been painting her own.“He’s a listener,” Bullock told Esquire. “And it drives. People. Crazy.”Bullock said Reeves did not hang around too long after dropping off the truffles and Champagne because he had a date to get to. Bullock said her costar’s kind gesture was a prime example of his listening skills.

“That’s what I mean that it drives you crazy,” she told Esquire. “When I first met him, I would spend as much time as I could filling a silence, just to feel comfortable. And the more I jibber-jabbered on, the quieter he would get.“And I thought, I don’t understand what’s happening!,” she continued. “He’s looking at me with eyes of confusion. He’s quiet. Did I say something to offend him? And then a day or two later, he would arrive with a note or a little package, saying, ‘I thought about what you said.’ And he would have his response.”Bullock added, “How many people do you know like that?”Although he surprised her with a romantic gesture that day, Bullock insisted that she and Reeves never dated — although she suggested they could have been a good couple.Bullock also told Esquire she thought that “maybe” she and Reeves “could have survived” as a couple if they had struck up a romance.“Keanu’s a guy who, I feel like, is friends with every woman he’s ever dated,” she explained. “I don’t think there’s anyone who has something horrible to say about him. So maybe we could have survived. I don’t know.”She added, “But we didn’t have to survive anything. We just get to grow up together on parallel roads and tip our hats and meet for a dinner and try to work together. And the longer time goes on, the more in awe I am of the human being.”“Would I have been able to say that if he had dumped me and made me angry? Probably not,” Bullock said.

30 years ago Kidman and Cruise adopted two kids but the actress forgot about them shortly after their divorce.💔😦For the first time in two years photographers captured their grown-up children. 🧐🤔Here they are! 😮

This couple was considered one of the strongest and most beautiful ones in Hollywood. Yet, unfortunately, they didn’t have biological children. It was in 1992 that the actor adopted a girl.

Their adopted son was only 6 when the parents divorced. After their breakup, the trial decided that they both should take responsibilities of their children. But Kidman was always busy acting and traveling and couldn’t take time for them. Here is Isabella now!

Kidman couldn’t keep her children away from the influence of her husband who at that time took great interest in scientology. She couldn’t do anything about that and had no choice but to give up.

It is worth mentioning that the man’s second marriage ended in divorce because of the same reason. Then, Nicole got married to a guitar player and gifted him with biological heirs.

The outstanding actress stopped communicating with her adopted children who have already grown up and have recently been captured for the first time in two years.

Reese Witherspoon and her husband have announced a divorce just two days before their 12th wedding anniversary.

She shared their last family picture on January 1, 2023.

A source has revealed possible reasons for the divorce, which began 18 months before the actress shared the statement.

Reese Witherspoon and Jim Toth have mutually decided to end their marriage after eleven years. Following news of their divorce, an insider said the pair are “best of friends.”

The source further stated that Witherspoon and Toth’s decision to dissolve their union was solely amiable as they are both involved parents to their child.

The pair are family-orientated and intend to make the divorce process less painful for everyone involved. Toth and Witherspoon announced their divorce on March 24, 2023, via an Instagram post writing:

“We have some personal news to share. It is with a great deal of care and consideration that we have made the difficult decision to divorce. We have enjoyed so many wonderful years together and are moving forward with deep love, kindness,, and mutual respect for everything we have created together.”

Their focus now is their son Tennessee and Witherspoon’s two older kids, daughter Ava and son Deacon – whom she shares with her former spouse, actor Ryan Phillippe.

The mother of three and Toth first announced their engagement in December 2010 and later walked down the aisle on March 26, 2011.

The now-estranged couple’s last family social upload was on January 1, 2023. Witherspoon shared a picture of her and Toth with their son posing at the beach during sunset while facing away from the camera.

“Welcoming 2023! Let the sun shine in!” the Academy Award-winning actress and producer captioned the Instagram post.

Witherspoon and Toth marked their 11th wedding anniversary in March 2022, and she commemorated their special day with a sweet tribute online.

The movie star posted a gallery of photos of the pair from throughout the years alongside a caption that read: “Happy Anniversary JT!! 11 years of adventures, love, and laughter. I feel so lucky to share this wonderful life with you.”

The two celebrated Valentine’s Day a month before as Witherspoon shared how they marked the day while wishing her spouse a happy Valentine’s Day.

She penned, “Love my Valentine” on social media while sharing a snapshot of the arrangement of red roses and chocolates, which Toth surprised her with.

“Jim Just Isn’t the Guy Reese Witherspoon Married:” the Reason for the Divorce Revealed
Witherspoon and the talent agent’s divorce news came two days before their 12th wedding anniversary. A friend and colleague of the pair, who has worked closely with them for the past ten years, revealed the move is not as surprising to those close to them.

The insider mentioned that despite Toth and the award-winning actress having amassed great success with their joint business ventures, including selling their production company Hello Sunshine for nearly $1 billion in 2021, they had developed different goals in life.

“It was never if with Reese and Jim but when,” revealed the source, adding the disconnection in their marriage began in late 2021.

It became apparent to those around them that they wanted to live without each other. However, they were still enjoying the celebrations of their massive Hello Sunshine deal that they sold to Candle Media for $900 million.

The deal made Witherspoon and Toth grow apart, and after sealing the agreement, they only focused on raising their 12-year-old son Tennessee. Despite them butting heads occasionally, their child is their priority.

In addition to the deal, the insider disclosed that Toth’s career change five years ago was the biggest factor in his marriage falling apart. He left the agency world and became an investor and an advisor in the production company.

The father of one became a different person, but that does not mean he would struggle to co-parent with the mother of his child. The source further divulged:

“Jim isn’t the guy Reese married and had a son with anymore.”

The booker’s persona, frame of mind, and perspective on life reportedly changed entirely after leaving the agency business world behind him.

The source added after the Pennsylvania native and Witherspoon made so much money from Hello Sunshine and did not know what to do with it, leading them to relook at their life together.

According to the insider, even though Toth would still be a part of Witherspoon’s life while co-parenting, he plans on seeking new opportunities with the money he made from their deal – something he has longed to do for a while.

Arrest, Birth of Child & Love: Inside Their Life of Almost 12 Years
Witherspoon and Toth started dating in January 2010, and they went public with their relationship in March of that same year. They wed in a California wedding ceremony a year later.

Another year later, in September 2012, Toth and the New Orleans native welcomed their only child together, a son named Tennessee. At the time of his arrival, a rep for the “Legally Blonde” star revealed the mother-and-son duo was in good health and that the entire family was delighted at the news.

Witherspoon and Toth have been through ups and downs, including being in trouble with the law. In April 2013, the two were arrested in Atlanta for disorderly conduct and DUI.

The “Big Little Lies” star paid a fine after pleading no contest, while Toth pleaded guilty and was sentenced to community service.

In a statement about the incident, Witherspoon admitted to being heavily drunk, adding she was ashamed of how she conducted herself during her interaction with law enforcement. The Emmy Award winner admitted to being wrong by insulting the police officer who apprehended her and Toth and profusely apologized.

Witherspoon has shown how much she loved Toth over the years by penning heartfelt posts on social media about him. On Valentine’s Day in February 2016, she posted a note he wrote for her that read: “Happy Valentine’s Day, beautiful! I love you! Jim.” In turn, she gushed, “Love my sweet husband!”

The pair posed together for a festive holiday photo for Christmas in December 2022, with the children, Ava, Deacon, and Tennesse, by the Christmas tree.

Friends of Kate Middleton have expressed their concern over the way the Princess of Wales had to go public with her cancer diagnosis. After enduring weeks of conspiracy theories about her wellbeing and whereabouts, Kate decided it was time to address the situation herself. In a heartfelt video released on Friday evening, she shared her heartbreaking news, emphasizing that she wanted to first explain everything to her children.

It’s truly disheartening to see the Princess being subjected to unfounded speculation during such a vulnerable time. Since her hospitalization for a “planned abdominal procedure,” outrageous claims have been circulating about Kate. Finally, the truth is out, and we hope that such distasteful conjecture will come to an end.

In the video, Kate demonstrated her strength and resilience as she bravely announced her cancer diagnosis. She revealed that follow-up tests from her January procedure had detected cancer, although the specific type and stage remain undisclosed. The timing of the video’s release coincided with the end of the school term for her children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis. This allows the Waleses to spend the Easter break together as a family.

However, reports suggest that Kate’s decision to share her diagnosis was partly influenced by the relentless storm of rumors surrounding her recovery. The Princess has undoubtedly been under intense media scrutiny, but it’s the public’s relentless focus that has burdened her the most. With no recent sightings or public appearances since Christmas, people grew restless, and the lack of information from the Palace only fueled speculation that the royals were hiding something.

Now, Kate’s courageous admission has provided answers to most of the questions the public had, and it is our hope that it will also put an end to the incessant gossip. The Princess’s friends reveal that this was her ultimate goal all along. “Catherine’s message was so honest,” said one close pal. “It’s unfortunate that she had to be so transparent due to all the nonsense that has been circulating. The whole world seemed to be gossiping about her and her family. It was almost as if she had no choice.”

Another friend shared that Kate felt compelled to go public with her cancer diagnosis because of her position as a public figure. “She knows she has a wider leadership responsibility,” they explained. “She also wants to be able to continue with as active and normal a routine as possible.”

As compassionate individuals, we can only hope that the Princess will now be able to focus on her recovery in relative peace.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been married for five years. While it was Harry’s first time walking down the aisle, it wasn’t for Meghan. In fact, many years ago, the actress was married to Trevor Engelson. Though, sadly, it didn’t last and ended in quite a bad way.

Today, Meghan and Trevor are both happily married. It turns out that the former husband of the Suits star has a staggering net worth, and what he does for work might surprise you.

Not much is really known about Trevor’s life. But, just days ago, a friend of his stepped forward, revealing new things about what happened – and how Trevor got his “revenge” on the Duchess.

While at the beginning of what was to be a successful acting career, Meghan met her first husband, Trevor Engelson. According to IMDb, he was born on October 23, 1976, in Great Neck, Long Island, New York, and attended the University of Southern California’s School of Communications.

WHO IS MEGHAN MARKLE’S EX-HUSBAND TREVOR ENGELSON?

Engelson started as a production assistant in the film business but worked his way up to become a film producer. He’s worked on many projects, including the 2010 film Remember Me, starring Robert Pattinson. His then-girlfriend Meghan Markle had a cameo in his movie early on in her acting career.

Moreover, Engelson has been involved in productions such as License to Wed and All About Steve, and has even acted as executive producer on six episodes of the Heathers television remake. In later years, however, Engelson has had great success with the FX television series Snowfall, which had its sixth and last season earlier this year. It was released on his own management and production company, Underground, with its headquarters in Beverly Hills, California.

According to Grazia, the 45-year-old manages screenwriters, novelists, actors, and film directors in Los Angeles when not on set working with films and television shows.

So, how did Trevor and Meghan Markle meet? According to The Sun, they crossed paths for the first time in 2004. The couple dated for about seven years before marrying in September 2011. Their wedding took place at the Jamaica Inn in Ocho Rios in Jamaica and lasted for three days.

According to The Sun, the couple arranged for around 100 guests to attend parties, drinking games at the beach, brunches, and even a wheelbarrow race. The ceremony? Well, that only took 15 minutes.

As mentioned, Meghan was one of the briefcase models on the game show Deal or No Deal. However, according to the author Andrew Morton’s book Meghan: A Hollywood Princess, Trevor wasn’t too keen on seeing her while she was on set.

TREVOR ENGELSON WAS ‘TO BUSY’ TO VISIT HIS WIFE

According to Morton (via Express), Engelson didn’t visit her as other husbands or friends of the models did, which was “unusual.” Apparently, this was because he was occupied with his work as a producer and even skipped out on traveling with Meghan during her downtime because of it.

“They were driven individuals, Trevor was busy, if not more so than his girlfriend,” royal biographer Andrew Morton wrote in Meghan: A Hollywood Princess.

“It was also noticeable that, unlike the boyfriends and husbands of her Deal or No Deal sisters, Trevor never visited Meghan on set.

“It was so unusual that his absence was commented on by the other girls. However, there were plenty of other celebrities, mainly sports stars, who dropped by, some clearly trying to get up close and personal with the girls,” he added.

In 2011, the same year Meghan and Trevor married, Meghan Markle debuted on the television series Suits. It was an instant success, and not long after, she moved to Toronto as the show was mainly filmed there.

Meghan landed the role just months before she married Trevor, and having to take a five-hour flight to see each other became an obstacle for married life. They stayed connected through video calls, but it didn’t solve the challenging situation.

“Whether she wanted to admit it to herself or not, Meghan who once said she couldn’t imagine life without Trevor by her side, was now building a new world for herself,” Andrew Morton wrote in Meghan: A Hollywood Princess.

MEGHAN MARKLE ALLEGEDLY POSTED HER WEDDING RING TO TREVOR ENGELSON

“As Toronto was becoming more her home than LA, the dynamics in their relationship subtly altered.”

Markle stayed on Suits for more than 100 episodes until 2018. But by 2013, she and Trevor Engelson had divorced. The couple cited “irreconcilable differences” at the time.

At a later stage, Markle’s half-brother Thomas told Express that Trevor “worshipped the ground she walked on.”

“Trevor was devastated at the split,” an insider told The Sun in 2017.

“She suddenly had no more time for him. Meghan broke Trevor’s heart, pure and simple. He is still in love with her and so the revelation of her new relationship with Harry has hit him hard.”

Royal biographer Andrew Morton suggested that the split shocked Trevor – and that Meghan even posted her engagement and wedding rings to him as a sign that their marriage had ended.

“As Toronto was becoming more her home than LA, the dynamics in their relationship subtly altered. She was her own woman now, earning a steady income, making new friends on set and off, no longer dependent on her husband’s connections.”

SEPARATED IN 2013

Indeed, the spit between Meghan and Trevor seems to have been quite dramatic. Meghan’s former childhood friend Nikki Priddy and author Lady Colin Campbell seem to think so, in any case.

In the book Meghan and Harry: The Real Story, Campbell wrote that after moving to Toronto, Meghan began hanging out with celebrities, including celebrity stylist Jesica Mulroney.

It led the former Suits star to distance herself from her then-husband.

“Trevor had always been laidback where she was controlled and controlling,” Lady Colin Campbell wrote.

“He would arrive for appointments slightly late and disheveled, his shirt out of his trousers and maybe a spot of food on his lapel, while the perfectly contained and self-possessed Meghan was always immaculately turned out.”

Meghan Markle and Trevor Engelson went their separate ways in 2013. So what happened after that? We know what Meghan went on to do, but for Trevor, even though he still is in the spotlight as a well-known producer, he didn’t appear in any interviews or made headlines.

After splitting from Meghan, Trevor dated Bethenny Frenkel, known from Real Housewives of New York.

In an interview with the Australia Kyle and Jackie O Show in April 2018, she revealed that they were dating – and knew about his history with Meghan.

“I met him in Chicago, and we were supposed to go out, and I ended up seeing him one time, and he’d been texting me. He’s a producer in LA. He told me that he was married before, he’s divorced [now]. He was married to this girl named Meghan Markle from the TV show Suits.”

THIS IS TREVOR ENGELSON TODAY – WIFE, CHILDREN

“We bypassed the romantics and went into the business,” she added. “But I don’t know there’s something there. There’s something salacious about doing a TV project with Meghan Markle’s ex.”

Even though it had been some years since he and Meghan split, something appeared still present. In 2017, Fox reported that Engelson was to be a co-producer on a show about a man who must share custody of his child – after his ex-wife married a British prince.

The second part seems quite familiar, right? According to Deadline at the time, “the lead characters are not based on Markle or Engelson.” Until this day, the show has not gotten past any pilot viewing.

Engelson and Frankel didn’t last. However, not long after, Meghan’s ex-husband found the love of his life.

Four years after splitting from Meghan, he began dating Tracey Kurland. The couple tied the knot on May 11, 2019 – a little more than a year after Harry and Meghan’s grand wedding at St George’s Chapel.

Although Harry and Meghan have earned themselves a lot of money through their Netflix deal and the inheritance from Harry’s mother and Meghan’s previous jobs, the Duchess isn’t anywhere close to how much Trevor and his wife have in the bank.

Tracey Kurland’s father made around $500 million in the mortgage industry. Sadly, he passed away in 2021. At the time, reports suggested that Tracey inherited around $250 million.

MEGHAN CRUSHED HIM WHEN SHE DEMANDED A DIVORCE, FRIEND SAYS

Since tying the knot, the couple have welcomed two daughters: Ford Grace Engelson, born in August 2020, and Sienna Lee Engelson, born in November 2021.

The way Meghan and Trevor’s marriage ended was., of course, not what any of them wanted. They have never really spoken about what happened. However, a friend of Trevor, who’s chosen to be anonymous, now reveals that Meghan’s former husband was absolutely devastated afterward.

However, today, the friend says, he has gotten his “revenge:”

“For a long time, things were difficult for Trevor. He’s a good guy, but Meghan crushed him when she demanded a divorce. When she took up with Prince Harry, he was crushed all over again because he was constantly reminded of her because of the publicity around the marriage and then the drama of the Oprah interview. But that’s all in the past now,” the friend told the Daily Mail.

“When I saw him recently, he kept going on about how he’s the happiest he’s ever been, how he loves being a dad, and how he’s never felt more fulfilled.”

Engelson’s friend added, “Everyone in Trevor’s life knows not to mention the ‘M’ word. He’s moved on and, in some ways, you could say he’s having an even better life than Meghan. He probably has more money than she does now; he’s doing what he loves, and he’s out of the spotlight. It’s the ultimate revenge.”

According to the Daily Mail, Trevor Engelson and his wife live in a “wealthy” Los Angeles neighborhood. He is said to “adore” his wife and children, and when he’s with them, he “never stops smiling,” his friend told the news outlet.
