Meghan Markle planning Hollywood comeback because she ‘likes being famous’

Meghan Markle is reported to have spent the summer planning a project which will help her ‘rise like a phoenix from the ashes’.

Meghan Markle is planning a comeback to Hollywood because she “likes being famous” according to a well placed insider.

There have been various reports of a planned change in direction for the Duchess of Sussex, who has been said to be working on individual projects and a commercial venture in the public eye once again. There have been more pictures popping up of the former Suits actress appearing in selfies with pals and being snapped making her way about her Montecito neighbourhood in California over the past few weeks than ever.

Now Page Six is reporting she’s been spending the summer months planning a “phoenix-like rise from the ashes” after a “brutal” few months for her and husband Prince Harry.

According to a source who has “knowledge from their time with Spotify”, Meghan is now well and truly ready to ditch any calls for privacy from the media and wants to throw herself head first into developing more projects to boost her popularity, while Harry is slightly different.

The source told Page 6: “Harry has made it clear that he never wanted to be in the media…he would be very happy to go away. I think he’d like to go and live in Botswana – as long as he had money.

“Meghan actually likes being famous.”

The couple’s “brutal” few months started with the car-chase across New York which they said was a high-speed race through Manhattan which put their lives in danger, but was questioned by a police statement which seemed to dispute their dramatic claims.

Then came Spotify’s shock axe of their multi-million deal and the end of Meghan’s Archetypes podcast after just one series. And then came an onslaught from industry high-flyers including Spotify executive Bill Simmons, who called them “f**** grifters”, as well as United Talent Agency CEO Jeremy Zimmer, who said of the cancellation: “Turns out Meghan Markle was not a great audio talent, or necessarily any kind of talent.” However it was later claimed by sources that UTA had been pursuing Markle.

But, as Page Six reports, there’s a new direction seemingly coming from Meghan as she plans her next move. Her Instagram account @Meghan has 72,000 followers and climbing and the recent addition of Suits has broken viewing records for Netflix – a feat that wasn’t achieved by Harry&Meghan the documentary.

A source told Page Six: “Meghan’s not seeking out opportunities to be photographed, but she’s realised she has to live her life, none of the cameras are going away.”

As well as being snapped shopping at a farmers market in Montecito, Meghan has been reported to have gone to see Barbie at the cinema with celeb pals including neighbour Portia De Rossi, enjoyed a Taylor Swift concert, several dinners that have been caught on camera by fans, and was featured in a casual selfie with friends, poet Cleo Wade and hair stylist Kadi Lee, in the past few weeks.

And this all comes as she’s reportedly finishing up her “new project” after signing with Hollywood powerbroker Ari Emmanuel – rumoured to be a revamp of ‘The Tig’ – Meghan’s now defunct lifestyle blog which she shut down after meeting Prince Harry – to rival Gwyneth Paltrow’s Goop or even a production company.

“Meghan and the team are working hard,” another insider told Page Six. “I think it will be surprising, it won’t be what everybody is expecting it to be, it will feel familiar to who Meghan is.”

Al Pacino surprised his fans with the recent revelation of becoming a father for the fourth time.

However, intriguing developments have emerged, as reports suggest his girlfriend is seeking to obtain primary legal guardianship of their 3-month-old son.

The news has left many puzzled, prompting speculation about the motivations behind this unexpected legal action.

Al Pacino and his girlfriend, Noor Alfallah, welcomed their son Roman into the world in June of this year. While this marked Pacino’s fourth journey into fatherhood, it was a first for Alfallah.

Roman’s arrival took place at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles on June 6. Shortly thereafter, within six days, Alfallah and Pacino voluntarily signed a declaration of parentage, affirming Pacino’s paternity.

However, recent developments indicate that Alfallah has filed for custody of their infant son. Reports suggest she is seeking full physical custody, with Pacino having only “reasonable visitation rights.”

Despite the implications of a custody filing, Pacino’s publicist, Stan Rosenfield, has refuted any suggestion of a rift between the couple. He emphasized that Pacino and Alfallah remain united and have reached agreements regarding their child.

The question of what prompted Alfallah to initiate legal proceedings remains unanswered, with Rosenfield deferring inquiries to her.

Reflecting on the birth of his son, Pacino expressed the profound significance of the moment, describing it as “very special.” He acknowledged the uniqueness of the experience, particularly at this stage in his life.

Pacino’s family tree boasts three adult children: Julie Pacino, Olivia, and Anton Pacino. Additionally, actress and model Camila Morrone considers Pacino her stepfather, having dated her mother for a period.

As the saga unfolds, fans await further updates on the situation. Meanwhile, they can delve into Robert De Niro’s perspective on Pacino’s late-in-life fatherhood journey.

In the midst of this uncertainty, one can only hope for an amicable resolution that prioritizes the well-being of all involved. What are your thoughts on this unfolding drama? Share your insights in the comments and spread the discussion by sharing this piece with others!

Jennifer Garner and Mark Ruffalo have reunited at last!

Mark Ruffalo and Jen Garner/

On Tuesday, the former 13 Going on 30 costars shared a selfie from the set of their new film, The Adam Project, which is currently filming in Vancouver.

“Reconnecting with an old pal,” Ruffalo, 53, captioned a shot with Garner on his Instagram. “Anyone know where we can get Razzles in Canada?”

Garner, 48, also posted the same picture from her account, writing, “Wishing dust worked! And I got a perfect day with my old pal.”

The pair are set to play parents to Ryan Reynolds in their new movie.

According to The Hollywood ReporterThe Adam Project finds Reynolds playing a man who travels back in time to get help from his 13-year-old self and find his dad — a brilliant physicist played by Ruffalo — in order to save the future.

Garner will play Reynolds’ mom and Catherine Keener is set to play the villain who stole technology from Ruffalo’s character.

The Adam Project marks the first time Garner and Ruffalo have reunited on-screen since their fan-favorite 2004 film.

In April, Ruffalo commemorated 13 Going on 30‘s 16th anniversary by reflecting on how simpler things were back in the early aughts — and in 1987 — on his Twitter.

“Happy Anniversary to 13 Going on 30 today!” he wrote alongside a still from the beloved romantic comedy.

“Remember what the world was like when Razzles were all the rage?” he mused about the iconic candy featured in the film. “Missing that time 🍬.”

A year earlier, Garner had shared a sweet tribute for the movie’s 15th anniversary.

“Fifteen years ago today #13GoingOn30 made her debut,” she wrote on Instagram at the time, sharing a clip of her character, Jenna Rink, dancing with several young girls.

“The movie benefitted from the performances of so many young actresses. Open and twinkly-magical then— now, 15 years later, they are ruling the world,” the actress continued. “I loved my day with this slumber party crew: they danced with abandon and reminded me of the power of just saying yes—to being in a group, to vulnerability, to wearing a bra over your clothes.”

Tori’s life falls apart when her heartless parents desert her and her two younger brothers, forcing them to survive on their own. As she starts to put her life back together, her absent parents appear at her doorstep, grinning as if no time has passed. What brings them back after so long, and what are their intentions towards Tori?

Stunned, I watched my parents hastily pack their belongings in our living room. “We’re calling child services; they’ll find you a new home,” my father declared sternly.

My younger brothers clung to me, their expressions a mix of bewilderment and terror.

“Tori, what’s going on?” Lucas asked, his eyes wide with fright.

Only six years old, my heart shattered for him.

“I’m not sure, Lucas,” I reassured him, holding him close. “But we’ll be okay. I promise.”

At 15, I was overwhelmed and confused.

Ben, only five, started to cry. “I don’t want to leave, Tori. I want to stay with you.”

My heart bled for my brothers.

I wished to shield them, to keep us united, yet I felt utterly helpless.

The sound of the doorbell caused my heart to drop further.

It was Child Services, just as Dad had warned.

A compassionate woman entered the living room. She introduced herself, but her name escaped me, my thoughts racing.

“I’m here to assist,” she said softly. “I know this is difficult, but we need to move you to a safe place.”

Lucas tightened his hold on me, and I clung back. “Please, let us stay,” I pleaded. “We’ll behave.”

The woman sighed, her eyes filled with sadness. “I’m sorry, Tori. This isn’t in my control.”

Tears flowed down my cheeks as we were escorted out.

Lucas and Ben also wept, gripping my hands until they were forced apart. It felt as though my heart was being torn out.

We were separated into different cars, each headed to distinct foster homes.

I watched my brothers through the window, their tear-stained faces fading from view.

The journey to my foster home blurred into a haze of tears and confusion.

I dwelled on my father’s harsh words, puzzled by how things had reached this point.

How could they discard us so casually?

The next phase of my life began at the Thompsons’ foster home, which was no improvement.

From the start, I felt alienated.

Mr. and Mrs. Thompson barely acknowledged me, treating me more like an inconvenience than a child in need.

Their cold stares and curt words made it evident I wasn’t welcome.

“Ensure you complete your chores, Tori,” Mrs. Thompson would command, her tone devoid of warmth.

“Yes, ma’am,” I responded, keeping my gaze lowered.

The loneliness was crushing.

I missed Lucas and Ben intensely, always wondering if they were safe or missed me too.

The days merged, each filled with chores and silence.

There was no kindness, no solace, just the stark apathy of a family that didn’t care.

Eventually, I couldn’t bear it any longer. Thus, I decided to escape.

Perhaps I could find my brothers, or at least a less lonely place. My first escape attempt was brief. The police returned me.

The Thompsons were enraged.

“Why do you persist in escaping?” Mr. Thompson scolded. “Do you realize the trouble you’re causing?”

“I’m sorry,” I muttered, though I wasn’t. I simply wanted to leave.

Each attempt to flee ended the same: I was brought back, reprimanded, and neglected even more. Yet, I continued trying.

One rainy evening, I resolved to leave. I packed a small bag with my few possessions and slipped out the window.

Opting for the uncertainty of the streets over the Thompsons’ indifference was the toughest choice I’ve made.

Life on the streets was brutal and merciless. I found temporary shelter in an old, decrepit trailer. It had a broken door and a leaking roof, but it provided some protection from the elements.

Every subsequent day was a struggle.

I took on odd jobs, anything that paid a few dollars to sustain me. I cleaned cars, carried groceries, and assisted at a local diner. The earnings were meager, but I managed to survive.

The most challenging aspect was the uncertainty regarding my brothers’ whereabouts.

I missed Lucas and Ben immensely. I visited them when possible, but they were frequently moved, making it increasingly hard.

One day, when I tried to visit Ben, I faced a devastating setback.

An unfamiliar woman answered the door when I knocked.

“Can I see Ben?” I asked.

She shook her head. “No, they moved last week. I think they went to another state.”

My heart sank. “Do you know where they are?” I inquired desperately.

She looked at me with pity. “I’m sorry, I don’t.”

I felt as if I had let Ben down. I sat on the steps of the house and wept.

I had promised Ben we would stay together, and now it seemed that promise was broken.

As days turned into weeks, I held onto the hope of reuniting with my brothers. Lucas was still in town, and I visited him whenever possible.

But the fear of losing him too constantly haunted me.

Months later, I secured a job as a cleaner at a small shop on the town’s outskirts. The job involved scrubbing floors and cleaning shelves, but it was stable.

I saved every penny I earned, living frugally and spending only on necessities.

One day, while sweeping, the shop owner, Mr. Jenkins, noted my diligence. “Tori, you’re industrious,” he observed. “Have you considered returning to school?”

I nodded. “Yes, sir. I’d like to attend college, but finances are tight.”

Mr. Jenkins smiled warmly. “Keep saving, and you’ll make it. I have faith in you.”

His encouragement inspired hope. I continued working hard, and eventually, I saved enough to enroll in community college. However, juggling work and studies was demanding. My days started early with cleaning duties, and my evenings were consumed with classes and homework.

There were moments of overwhelm, but I persevered. I remembered the promise I had made to myself and my brothers. I was determined to achieve something. I couldn’t let them down.

Years later, I graduated with a business administration degree. With my new qualifications, I applied for a position as a store assistant at a large clothing retailer.

Starting from the bottom was tough, but I was accustomed to hard work. I arrived early, stayed late, and always gave my all.

Eventually, my manager, Ms. Carter, recognized my efforts.

“Tori, you’re performing excellently,” she said one day while we restocked shelves. “I’m promoting you to supervisor.”

“Thank you, Ms. Carter!” I exclaimed, both excited and thankful. “I promise to do my best.”

As a supervisor, I encountered new challenges and responsibilities. I worked diligently, learning from mistakes and seeking advice. My efforts paid off, and after several years, I was promoted to store manager.

However, fate seemed determined to challenge me once more. Just as I was settling into my new apartment, I heard a knock at the door.

Opening it, I found my parents, Charles and Linda, standing there with suitcases, their smiles as if no time had passed.

“Hello, darling!” my mother greeted cheerfully.

I stood frozen in disbelief. Did they dare to appear now, after all these years?

“May we come in?” my father inquired, still smiling.

Stunned, I stepped aside, allowing them entry. They seated themselves in the kitchen, an awkward silence enveloping us. I brewed coffee, bombarded by a myriad of questions.

As they sipped their drinks, my mother broke the silence. “We were hoping you could let us stay here for a while, just until we get back on our feet.”

I stared at her, taken aback. “You want to live with me?”

“Yes,” they both replied simultaneously.

“Why? How did you even find me?” I asked, struggling to maintain composure.

“Oh, sweetie, how does that matter? We are family, and family should support each other, right?”

I could no longer suppress my anger.

“Oh really?” I retorted. “You haven’t inquired about my brothers since you arrived. You just show up here, expecting my help after you left us? Where were your family values when we were struggling on the streets?”

They appeared shocked, but I didn’t allow them a chance to respond. I ascended the stairs and retrieved an old ten-dollar bill my father had given me years earlier. Returning to the kitchen, I handed it to them.

“I hope this assists you as much as it aided me back then. Now, leave my house and never return.”

Their smiles vanished as the reality of my words settled in. Without another word, they collected their belongings and departed.

As the door shut behind them, I experienced a peculiar sense of closure. They were gone, and I was finally liberated.

My past no longer restrained me. I was prepared for whatever lay ahead.

According to a recent article, there are speculations that Kate Middleton, the Princess of Wales, might be considering stepping away from her royal duties. The information supposedly comes from a Palace source, who claims that the constant pressure of royal life has taken a toll on her physical and mental health.

While Kate hasn’t made a firm decision yet, she continues to delay her return to royal life following her absence after a planned abdominal procedure in January.

Given the extended recovery period from surgery, there is a lot of speculation about the severity of Kate’s condition. The Royal Family’s general lack of information has only fueled further conjecture. The situation wasn’t helped when a mother’s day photo of Kate, released by the Palace, was withdrawn due to claims of manipulation.

Despite Kate admitting to editing the photo herself, questions about her whereabouts and well-being have persisted over the last two months. As a result, few people are willing to trust the Palace’s assurances that all is well. RadarOnline reports that Kate is now contemplating whether she should completely step away from her royal duties. This decision has put a strain on her marriage to Prince William.

According to a senior palace source, Kate’s struggles with the constant pressures of royal life have had a devastating impact on her both mentally and physically. Her extended absence from the public eye after her surgery has only strengthened her resolve to consider quitting. This revelation has shocked and saddened Prince William, who is “beside himself” over the idea of Kate wanting to leave.

Prince William believes that Kate knew what she was getting into when they got married, and he commend her for the incredible job she has done. He is concerned about her emotional well-being, but Kate insists that she is finally seeing things clearly.

It’s truly astonishing to think that Kate Middleton might be contemplating stepping away from her royal duties.

As expected, there were many weird and wonderful outfits on show at yesterday’s 2024 Met Gala, but actress Demi Moore may well lay claim to having donned the most eye-catching.

The 61-year-old took to the Met Gala red carpet for her first appearance at the event in five years, wearing a gown supposedly made of… wait for it… wallpaper!

The outfit in question sported heart-shaped wings that fanned out from Moore’s sides, as well as a pink-and-white floral design which the actress accessorized with diamond jewelry by Cartier.

After catching the attention of photographers – and indeed fans around the world who watched the event – Moore revealed that the dress was “not heavy at all” and in fact, it made her “want to rumba.”

As stated, the elegant gown, made by Harris Reed, is fashioned from wallpaper, with Reed explaining that the project took an astounding 11,000 hours of silk embroidery.

“It all started with this incredible Cartier necklace that Demi is wearing,” the designer said at the event.

“It was inspired by the floral feeling it gave me. The whole piece is made out of vintage archival wallpaper. We repurposed it. It’s 11,000 hours of silk embroidery that we’ve repurposed into this idea of her blooming on the carpet. I wanted to be the vines to her thorns.”

Moore last attended the Met Gala in the pre-COVID-19 pandemic days of 2019. On that occasion she opted for an all-black gown with a plunging neckline by Saint Laurent.

Last month, the Indecent Proposal star turned heads when she stepped out at Dolce and Gabbana’s 40th anniversary party. The 61-year-old actress wore a see-through black dress for the occasion, with basic black undergarments beneath and a pair of simple black heels.

Letting her dress steal the attention, Moore kept her makeup light, with a soft-pink lipstick and bold mascara. She didn’t don any jewelry for the event, while her luscious dark locks tumbled down to her waist.

“She looks unreal for her age. BRAVO,” one person wrote on Instagram.

Another opined: “Her and Cher I swear are vampires and the most beautiful women in Hollywood. As a nurse I can unfortunately tell their age by the way the walk, as well with Madonna. Our gate and bones is something we can’t have plastic surgeons fix. Kuddos to all of them for aging beautifully and I hope to be like them one day.
