“Never forget, because people are still struggling. Recently, in light of King Charles’ recent cancer diagnosis, Prince Harry returned to London to be by his father’s side. However, Meghan Markle decided to stay in America during this period.

The reasons behind Meghan’s choice to remain in America, while not confirmed were revealed by the King’s former butler, Grant Harrold.

“Meghan made the decision that it was best to stay home with the children, and maybe she feels that this is something Harry has got to do alone,” he said. “It’s his father. She’s aware of the close relationship and probably encouraged him to come over.”

Diaz has often said how grateful she is for her career and all the opportunities she has had during her life, but being an actress was becoming too demanding, and she could not manage her routine.

The former actress said that when she realized it was no longer a sustainable way for her to live, she wanted out of Hollywood and built a routine that she could handle all by herself, without needing assistants, managers, or anyone else.

She mentioned that when she was so busy, she didn’t have the time or capacity to make informed decisions that would be best for her future. Now, she can sit back and relax when deciding on something important.

Diaz also mentioned that she had to build this way of living to clear her schedule and become the best mother to her daughter, Raddix. Diaz and her husband, Benji Madden, surprised the world in January 2020 when they announced the birth of their daughter.

They each took to Instagram to share the same post, which comprised only text announcing their daughter’s arrival, her name, and assuring fans that while she was happy and healthy, they would not share any photos of her.

Shortly after the announcement, a source close to Diaz gave an interview in which they revealed that she and Madden had welcomed their daughter via surrogate and said:

“[Diaz] feels like this baby is truly a miracle.”

The source said the couple had faced many obstacles when trying to become parents and were ecstatic that it had finally happened for them, even though Diaz couldn’t carry the child at 47.

Madden and Diaz tried to fall pregnant through IVF, supplements, and even acupuncture, but none of those avenues worked, which led them to explore the possibility of surrogacy. This journey allowed them to welcome their baby girl finally.

Although Diaz no longer acts, she does give occasional interviews, and in each, she gushes that being a mother is one the best thing she’s done. She also mentioned that she never feels overwhelmed by her daughter because she knows there’s a reason behind every behavior.

When her daughter is upset, Diaz tries to understand the root cause so they can work together to help her feel better. The actress says she feels like that is her job as a parent.

The former actress believes it is the fact that she’s an older parent and had to work hard to welcome a child that has helped her be so patient with her toddler, but she acknowledges that she has also been fortunate enough to have the time to learn about her daughter.

Diaz said that while she does try to be patient at all times, it is not always possible, but when she loses her cool, she communicates with her daughter. She said she tells her daughter what she feels and asks Raddix how it made her feel so they can repair the situation.

Diaz said being a parent is the best part of her life and she is lucky to do it with Madden. While she said she couldn’t believe she was a mother, she was thrilled.

The former actress found the best time in her life was when she got to spend quality time with her husband and her child during quarantine in 2020.

Diaz and her business partner went live together during quarantine and talked about what they had been doing during that time. The former actress said she had been cooking.

While Diaz knows that many people hate cooking, she is not opposed to spending time in the kitchen and making something delicious for her family.

Madden and Diaz live in a mansion in Montecito, California, which they have turned into a sanctuary for themselves and their daughter.

Their home sits on 1.75 acres of land and boasts 11,000 square feet. It is also situated on a hilltop, which provides almost uninterrupted views of the ocean

The home is decorated in neutral colors and has a calming feel. The home boasts two living rooms, a beautiful kitchen, stunning dining room, and a study.

There is also a movie theatre in the house and the main bedroom features a sitting area in front of a fireplace just steos away from the bed.

There are many vantage points from which to view the ocean on the property, but there is also an enormous swimming pool, complete with a hot tub.

At the end of the day, the family can gather on the upper terrace to watch the sun go down over the ocean. What a beautiful home and family!
